Welcome to the webpage of The Safety and Reliability Society (SaRS) North of Scotland Branch. We are delighted to represent SaRS at a local level, bringing together professionals dedicated to enhancing safety and reliability in our community.

SaRS North of Scotland Branch covers Northern and Western Scotland and the Branch is based in Aberdeen.

  • Cocktail Party
  • North of Scotland Dinner 2015 with speaker General Richard Shireff
  • North of Scotland Dinner 2014 with speaker Professor David Spiegelhalter
  • a Joint Evening Technical Event – Summary of Piper 25
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) on Process Safety.  This event was well received and the branch is now considering further CPD days in line with the developing competencies subject matter.
  • North of Scotland Dinner 2013 with key speaker David Hainsworth (Total) who spoke on the Elgin Franklin Well issue from 2012.
