The North of Scotland Dinner 2009
The North of Scotland Dinner was held on the 26th May 2009 at the Marcliffe at Pitfodels Hotel in Aberdeen and was attended by the Lord Provost of Aberdeen, senior members of SaRs Council and eminent members of the oil and gas community in Aberdeen and further afield.
The theme this year was 'Corporate Responsibility' and Bryen Martin and Andrea Coulson gave excellent presentations.
Harry Hopkins was awarded the President's Award for exceptional services to the Society and Daniel Smith was awarded the prize for best MSc dissertation.
The event was hosted by the North of Scotland branch of the Safety and Reliability Society and Dr Ian Stanley was the Master of Ceremonies for the evening.
