Are you an enthusiastic early career safety or reliability professional who would like the chance to present your work and win a prize?

We are delighted to announce that on 28th March 2024, the London Branch of the Safety and Reliability Society (SaRS) is holding its annual presentation event to showcase some of the newer talent in the Safety & Reliability focused industries.

If you (or someone you know) has less than 10 years’ experience in the safety and reliability sector and have been working on an interesting project that you would like to share, please get in touch! All you need to do is email Colin Dennis at londonbranch@sars.org.uk with a short abstract (~250 words) on the proposed topic and a copy of your CV by Friday 12th January 2024.

The three best topics, selected by the SaRS London Branch Committee, will be given 15 minutes to present at the webinar event and each presentation will be followed by a short Q&A session with questions asked by the audience.

After all three presentations and Q&A sessions, the best presentation will be chosen and the prize will be presented. The prize is sponsored by Virkonnen Ltd.

This will be an in-person event hosted by Mott MacDonald at their offices in London, which will also be broadcast as a live webinar.

Our preference is for the presentations to be made in person at the meeting. However, as we will also broadcast the event as an online webinar the potential exists for presentations to be made online into the meeting.

The meeting will begin at 1730, for a 1800 start and will finish by 1930.

Meetings are open to all, you do not need to be a member of SaRS to attend.

Signup links to attend the in-person event and the webinar will be posted here in due course.
