Dear Member,

We’re making some changes to the way you manage your SaRS membership, including a new online Members’ Area and a simpler membership renewal process.

You should have received an email from SaRS around 8 September containing information about the new system. You will receive another email around 28th September with your login details – you will be able to set up payments and access membership benefits. Please check your inbox and your spam or junk folder if you haven’t seen any email form us about the changes.

Your membership renewal

Your SaRS membership is due for renewal on 1 January 2027. Around four weeks before this date, we will email you a link inviting you to renew your membership and make payment.

It is important that you complete your renewal and payment by 1 January 2027. If payment has not been received by this date, your SaRS membership will lapse.

Please look out for your renewal email during December and follow the link provided to ensure that your membership continues without interruption.

Haven’t received an email from us?

If you have not received any emails from SaRS about the new Members’ Area or the changes to membership payments, please contact us at info@sars.org.uk.

This is particularly important, as we need to make sure we have the correct email address for you before renewal information is sent.

We know that changes to systems can sometimes cause questions, and we’re here to help. If you are unsure about logging in, renewing your membership or making payment, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist.

Thank you for your continued membership and support of the Safety and Reliability Society.

Membership Team, SaRS HQ
