SaRS is delighted to be presenting this 3 Part Technical Learning Webinar Series on the development and use of Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action Systems (FRACAS) – A Practical Guide to Failure Management.

Over the course of 3 webinars, Dr Joanne Lewis aims to provide you with an overview of the key elements of a good FRACAS process and, based on her experience, how to set up and successfully run a FRACAS team. Details will be provided on what’s needed for success at each stage and advice on what to do if it’s not working or you are in crisis management.

The webinar series is presented by:

Dr Joanne Lewis. After graduating from the University of Sheffield with a PhD in tribological aspects of steel rolling, Joanne joined the rail industry as a product safety consultant engineer in 1998. She then moved to train manufacture at Bombardier in 2005 and became the engineer responsible for the RAMS design and performance of the London Underground S-Stock fleet and the RAMS engineering performance of all Bombardier’s legacy and warranty fleets. Joanne returned to consultancy in 2016 when she launched Integra Engineering (RAMS) Ltd. to provide expert RAMS consultancy services to the rail industry.
