This webinar will focus on the touch points between Human Factors and Asset Management. The aim will be to highlight and discuss the human factors tools and techniques that can best support and provide an integrated approach to the Asset Management process outlined in ISO 55000, demonstrating this with a few case studies.

The webinar will be presented by Nicola Fairburn, Senior Human Factors Consultant, Atkins

Nicola has over 12 years of professional experience providing Human Factors within safety critical domains, including Defence and Nuclear. Currently she is working at Atkins as the Technical Authority for Human Factors within the ASD&T business, providing oversight of the human factors work conducted within ADS&T.

Nicola has been involved in multiple projects with an aim to ensure the system is safe, efficient and fully supports the user goals. These projects include, supporting the safety case for large scale new build projects, providing Human Factors Integration for a complex upgrade to a Command and Control system, Cyber Investigations, software interface development and supporting large scale bids.
