We couldn’t do it without you!

Volunteering is at the very core of everything SaRS does. As a registered charity, the Safety and Reliability Society has a central charitable aim – to disseminate safety and reliability knowledge.

Knowledge-share is so important to learning and continuing professional development and SaRS provides this through its membership benefits
In our organisation, every committee is made up of volunteer members. Our members run SaRS from the Membership Committees that assess application to the webinar and journal committees that organise sharing valuable knowledge, to branch and standards committees who network to make sure we move forward.

Our volunteers give up their valuable time, often holiday hours, to attend Council and committee meetings and to run events and publish knowledge.

It may be Volunteering Week, but here at SaRS we are thankful every single day for the dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers.

Thank YOU!
